We hope that you love our products, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any pre-customed designed item for a full refund, exchange or credit. Any personalized "create your own" item(s) will be excluded. Due to health safety reasons, We can only accept returns on UNWORN items. Return is super easy, just visit our return page for more details. Once the return has been approved, an RMA number will be issued. Please send the item back in it's original packaging and follow the instructions included in the email with the RMA number.
