Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, Excluding US holidays).  During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing and shipping can take up to 2 business days.   Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail along with your tracking number.  You can easily log into your account to check the status or your order(s).

Domestic Shipping

We provide a wide range of shipping options for our US customers.  We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $25.

*Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico may take additional days.

International Shipping

We ship globally except to Brazil, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Morocco, China, Philippines and Singapore.

USPS International Mail – Flat Rate Shipping ($16.00) – Arrives 1-2 weeks

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary depending on the country.  Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns.
