How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped next business day (Monday-Friday, Excluding US holidays). Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

How do International returns and exchanges work?

The customer pays for any returns for international orders. We do not offer any exchanges for International orders.

Promotion Codes

How do I apply my promotional code?

After you're done shopping, go to your shopping cart and checkout. During checkout, you'll see a place to input your promo code. Input your code and click apply. You'll see your promotion applied to your order.

What do I do if my promotional code doesn't work?

Please make sure you've input the correct code. Also check to see if the code isn't expired and is still valid. If you continue to have issues with your promotion code, please contact us to help you resolve any issues.

Can I stack more than one code?

No, You are only allowed to use one code per order

What are socks made of?

Our CES Custom socks are woven from a blend of high performance yarn to meet the toughest demands of professional athletes. Here's more on our product and the quality.

How do I wash my socks

Turn the socks inside out before washing with cold/warm water. Air dry if possible or tumble dry low in the dryer. Don't use bleach, dryer sheets or fabric softener. Don't dry clean. Click here for full care instructions.

What's the warranty on my socks

Why are there white lines when my socks are worn?

All custom printed athletic socks will run into this issue. Athletic socks have ribbing on the leg portion to ensure a secure fit. We pre-stretch the socks before printing to help reduce and minimize these line breaks.

Socks Customization

How do I customize a pair of socks?

Our customization engine allows you to easily customize socks with a background color, images you upload, and texts for both the front and back. Please refer to our customization instructions for more details.

What can I put on my custom socks?

Anything you wish. You Design It, We Make It. But please keep in mind that materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, hateful, infringe upon any intellectual property are some of the things you should avoid. Please refer to our full policy for all the restrictions to be aware of.

Any tips for customizing my custom socks?

The basic rule for printing would be to start with a high quality image. The better the image, the better the print will be. We also recommend our customers to try and avoid dark background colors, such as black. All custom socks will have minor break lines on the ribbing portion and it’s more apparent when using dark colors. Try using a lighter color for your design for better results.

Why was my custom socks order canceled?

Usually orders are canceled because it violated our customization policy. Please review your customization to make sure it follows the policy. You can read about the full policy here.

Care Instructions

Your CES socks are knitted from a high performance poly-cotton blend yarns. A few simple care instructions will go a long way in keeping your socks looking vibrant, sharp, and maintaining its performance attributes.

HAND WASH, MACHINE WASH OR DRY CLEAN?

  1. Turn the socks inside out before washing. This reduces the likelihood of the surface from getting snags or damage to the printed side.
  2. Hand wash if possible with cold/warm water. Hand washing is much gentle on the socks and the fibers than machine washing. This will help with the longevity of your socks and print.
  3. Air dry if possible or tumble dry low in the dryer. High heat will affect the performance fibers.
  4. Don't use bleach, dryer sheets or fabric softener
  5. Don't dry clean
